LED flashlight have all but replaced traditional flashbulb flashlights. The only downside that comes with LED flashlight is price - LEDs are not expensive, and the casing of the flashlight certainly doesn't make up the difference. The batteries are the most expensive part, but you have to purchase those anyway.
